When and where?

April 19th to 22nd at Ca l'Àrum, Marçà (Tarragona)
From 10:00 till 13:00 and 17:00 till 19:00

Four days of intensive practice with two highly qualified teachers.

Take advantage of this opportunity to practice yoga in an extraordinary natural environment, surrounded by vineyards and forests.

The Seminar will be held in a yurt located in the middle of the nature, in a forest of holm oaks, olive trees and pines. This idyllic place, with the mountains of the Natural Park of Ports, is a great place to stop and enjoy everything yoga has to offer.

From the hill, you can see the town of Marçà, the train station, which communicates the Priorat region with Reus, Tarragona and Barcelona, and Miloquera, the emblematic mountain of the people of Marçà.

But the area still hides more secrets: the river site Pallissa, the mountain Mola de Colldejou, cellars and cooperatives, and small restaurants with a rich and abundant local cuisine.

An opportunity to deepen your practice and give yourself some time to stop, get some energy, strengthen your body and keep learning. After these days nothing will be the same!
